Not all Finger Lakes grapes are headed for the wine cask

Although wine gets a lot of attention in our region, a full 23,000 tons of grapes grown in the Finger Lakes becomes juice each year.

While researching Finger Lakes grapes and juice for my article in the Fall 2010 issue of Edible Finger Lakes magazine, I came across these youtube videos.  Enjoy.

This video shows how grapes are harvested in the NYS Grape Belt, on the shores of Lake Erie.
