Join the Finger Lakes Meat Project team to learn how and where to find meat that fits your family's needs. Organic? All-natural? Pastured? Antibiotic and hormone free? Quarters and halves? Frozen or fresh? Our region has many options for local meat, and they can be overwhelming. At this workshop, we'll discuss buying local meat in the Finger Lakes region, the Meat Locker, the Meat Suite, and more! The class is free and open to everyone.
