This book group is a continuation of the Urban Homesteading Reading Group held last year. Our readings this spring will focus on food systems. We will discuss Raj Patel's "Stuffed and Starved" in two parts and Katherine Gustafon's "Change Comes to Dinner: How Vertical Farmers, Urban Growers, and Other Innovators Are Revolutionizing How America Eats." Anyone interested in food systems is welcome to attend (reading is optional but encouraged!). 2/2: Sections 1-6 from "Stuffed and Starved", 3/2: Sections 7-10 from "Stuffed and Starved", 4/6: "Change Comes to Dinner"
