"Finger Lakes Wine Country Restaurant Week debuts June 18-24, 2012. The idea is both simple and ground breaking. With the rich, agricultural lands of the Finger Lakes as the backdrop. local chefs Lakes are "challenged" to create three course prix fixe menus using only 100% Finger Lakes ingredients for $30 per person (plus tax, gratuity and beverages) for dinner or $25 per person for lunch. To perfectly pair the region's wines and foods, the participating restaurants will offer three course Finger Lakes wine flights for $15 per person. We think our Restaurant Week is the only promotion of its kind in the country that requires 100% local food and wine sourcing."
