Finger Lakes Culinary Bounty is hosting a Recipe Contest Cook-off at the NY Wine and Culinary Center in Canandaigua this Saturday, October 10th at 6pm. The event is part of the Family Harvest Weekend.
Seven finalists in three categories (starter, main, and dessert) will square off to chop, sauté, and simmer their way to the judges' table. Quite surprisingly, yours truly here at Ithaca's Food Web is a contestant.
