Announcement: Harvest Dinner Tickets for Sale

Harvest Dinners are events that celebrate local food, farmers, and chefs while raising funds for the Healthy Food For All program, which offers low or no cost CSA shares to eligible families.  

The next dinner will be on August 26 at Remembrance Farm in Trumansburg, New York.

Reception 5-6pm
Regional cheese display with spiced nuts and poached figs, crackers and baguette 
Three passed hors d'oeuvres

1st Course 
Chilled Carrot Ginger Soup 
infused with lemongrass, ginger and coconut milk and finished with a lime, cilantro creme fraiche and carrot chip 

2nd Course 
Stuffed assorted Summer Vegetables 
Chocolate peppers-red peppers-zucchini and tomato stuffed with seasoned ground pork-garlic-onions-parsley 

3rd Course 
Braised Rabbit and Sweet Italian Sausage 
with local honey-carrots-onions-garlic and tomato served over an herbed polenta and topped with gremolata 

4th Course 
Arugula Greens Salad 
toasted chevre crostini-honeyed walnuts-roasted chiogga beets-citrus vinaigrette 

5th Course
