The Copper Oven wins the "Natures' Plate Award"

Press release from The Nature Conservancy:

We're thrilled to announce the winner of the 2013 People's Choice Nature's Plate Award in the Finger Lakes: The Copper Oven.

The Copper Oven received the most votes from the public. Their efforts to be more sustainable include using all Autumn's Harvest meat, organic whenever possible, 96-98% seasonal and local menu items, well water and local wine.

But the conversation doesn't end here. Our planet is nurtured when food production is sustainable -- and so are our bodies. That's why The Nature Conservancy is working with food producers across the country, including fishermen, farmers and ranchers. We're bringing traditionally unexpected partners together in the name of healthy food and a healthy environment.
