Farm-To-Table Dining at Silver Queen FarmTreat yourself to a creative and seasonal menu of locally-sourced ingredients while you help support The Meat Locker Pilot Project at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County!  Tickets are now on sale for a Dinner (8/22) and Brunch (8/25) served in the beautiful barn at Silver Queen Farm in Trumansburg with food byH&J Hospitality.  Seating is limited to 100 and reservations are strongly encouraged!

DINNER, Thursday, August 22, 6:30-9:30pmTickets are $35/adults and $15/children
Each dinner ticket also includes an optional walking tour of Silver Queen Farm with owner Gordon Gallup.

6:30-7:30pm: Cocktail Hour & Silent Auction begin. Cocktail hour features selections from Bandwagon Brew Pub, Kenton's Cheese Company, Wide Awake Bakery,  Autumn's Harvest Farm, Myer Farm Distillery, and Cayuga Ridge Winery. 7:30-8:00pm: Conversation with Gordon Gallup of Silver Queen Farm and Matt LeRoux of the Meat Locker Pilot Project8:00-9:30pm: Dinner served and Silent Auction ends.
