·         Smart Snacks for Parents and Kids, Tuesday, April, 23, 12:15-1:00 pm, Physical Sciences Building Room 201
Looking for new snack ideas for your kids? How about options that parents and kids can enjoy? We hope to help! Join the students of Nutrition Communications and Counseling for a workshop, "Smart Snacks for Parents and Kids," on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 from 12:15-1:00 PM in Physical Sciences Building Room 201. Take this opportunity to learn new recipes, discover online resources about healthy eating, and ask questions you might have about nutrition! We will focus on healthy, plant-based snacks that are both delicious and convenient – those you can make, but also what to look for in the grocery store. And we will have snacks! Come try banana ice cream and other homemade treats. Please contact Nancy (nlm45@cornell.edu) if you have any questions.
