From our neighbors: GMO-Free Rochester

One of the great things about writing this blog is that I hear from people in the Finger Lakes foodshed.

I recently got a message from one of the founders of GMO Free Rochester, group of concerned citizens that supports GMO-food labeling efforts, including legislation, and public access to information and awareness about GMO-containing foods, with the intent that the public make informed choices about the food they eat. They're interested in connecting with any other regional groups concerned with GMOs. Check out their website at: http://gmofreerochester.wordpress.com/
