Announcement from the Downtown Ithaca Alliance:

F. Oliver's Oils and Vinegars Opening in Downtown Ithaca

On June 14, the City of Ithaca and the Downtown Ithaca Alliance will welcome F. Oliver's Oils and Vinegars to the Commons. A ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor Svante Myrick, DIA Executive Director Gary Ferguson, and the store's proprietor Penelope Pankow will take place on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at 12:00 PM at 154 The Commons. F. Oliver's, a popular addition to the Finger Lakes Region's culinary scene, opened its first store in Canandaigua in April 2010 and a second location on Park Avenue in Rochester in July 2011; both have become notable retail destinations. Following the ribbon cutting, customers will be able to sample F. Oliver's extensive selection of exceptionally fresh oils and aged balsamic vinegars along with some special snacks prepared with F. Oliver's products. At F. Oliver's, customers are always welcome to experience a unique and interactive shopping experience where they are encouraged to taste the products before making a selection based on their culinary needs. The store's hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays, and 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Sundays. For more information, visit www.folivers.com .
