Free events with author of "Wild Fermentation"

Announcement:

Celebrating the upcoming June release of Sandor Ellix Katz's new book "The Art of Fermentation: An In-Depth Exploration of Essential Concepts and Processes From Around the World," the widely traveled educator and fermenter extraordinaire will visit Ithaca for three special events in Ithaca, NY from April 1 – 2, 2012. 

All events are free and open to the public:
