First Course
Classic English Pork Pie
Bacon, pork shoulder, ground pork, sage, and thyme
with fruit chutney, house-made mustard and baby greens
Second course
Garlic Soup
Olive oil, chorizo, garlic, smoked paprika, chicken stock, soft-boiled egg, with grilled bread
Third Course
Braised Rabbit
with roasted cauliflower, saffron, pine nuts and raisins
Fourth Course
Finger Lakes Strip Steak
with roasted eggplant salad, brown butter roasted red pepper,
yogurt, lemon and olive oil
Fifth Course
Caramelized apple, bacon and cheddar pie
