The new owners of Ludgate Farm and Market have decided to sell the property. Katie and David Quinn-Jacobs bought the store, house, and land in January 2011, planning to update it and bring it to its full potential. But after a change in their situation, they've decided to sell so that they can continue running their family homestead and farm.
The Quinn-Jacobs want their customers to know that selling the store does not mean that it is closing -- they intend to keep the store open until ownership changes.
