Recipe: Arugula salad with currants and blue cheese

The spring greens at the farmers market looked amazing, so I threw this salad together last night. As usual, I didn't write down any of the quantities.  Happy experimenting!

Arugula salad with currants and blue cheese

Wash arugula* and tear into pieces.
Add crumbled blue goat cheese.*
Add red currants.*

To make the dressing, mix
balsamic vinegar
warmed honey*
