The Sustainable Enterprise & Entrepreneur Network (the SEEN) is proud to bring you an expert panel presentation on "Taking Back Our Local Food System." We will explore our developing food infrastructure and how to bolster our economy through more dedicated demand for local food.
Our panel of local food system expertsincludes representatives of community supported agriculture, local food processing and distribution, local food projects, and chefs committed to local food. Panelists will discuss what works, opportunities and challenges for small growers, food trends, consumer demand, perspectives in development, and project growing pains.
