P&C Markets to be bought by Tops

Tops Market is set to buy P&C grocery stores, assuming a bankruptcy judge accepts the deal.  The parent company owning P&C, Penn Traffic, filed for bankruptcy in November.  Ithaca is home to three P&C stores, located on Triphammer Road, Hancock Street, and at East Hill Plaza.
