Announcement: Enter your chili recipe for Ithaca's cook-off

From the Downtown Ithaca Alliance:

CHILI CONTEST!! Does your chili rank with the county’s best? Enter the People's Chili Recipe Contest  for your chance to Cook-off at the Great Downtown Ithaca Chili Cook-off on February 20. Submit your original chili recipe to matt@downtownithaca.com before February 5th. The winner will be selected by a panel of judges based on taste, uniqueness, and the chili’s ability to be produced in large quantity. The winner will produce their chili (expenses paid/minimum of 20 gallons) with assistance at the Ithaca Bakery’s kitchen and participate in the official cook-off on February 20th.
