Recipe: Breaking the PB&J Mold

Is cold weather making you seek comfort foods?  Why not put an unconventional twist on a classic favorite?

Unconventional PB&J

Whole wheat bread slices 
Peanut Butter
Apricot Ginger Chutney (or flavor of your choice)
Butter

Make a sandwich, slather butter on the outside, and cook it in a pan over medium heat until the peanut butter is gooey and the bread is lightly browned.  Serve with an apple and homemade coleslaw.
