Will TCAT changes affect food access?

For many people in Tompkins County, access to food relies on bus routes to grocery stores.

Tompkins County Area Transit (TCAT) has spent months proposing and revising route changes.

One route in question provides residents of Titus Towers (subsidized senior housing) transportation to Aldi's, a small discount grocery store located near 3rd street and Route 13.

TCAT officials originally planned to modify the route.  In response to public comment, however, the route will remain.
